I inserted sv_config.ini

but I'm just SPECTATORS and the server crashes after 20sec

the speed plugin wont cause your server to crash if your using latest mw3 steam version.

try taking out all plugins except serveradmin/aaapermissions and try again failing that post your sv.config.

Does this Plugin wor on the Server Version 1.9.463?
