Well first of all..
All admins here says they have addons for MW3 dedicated servers..

Cuz DEDICATED servers is usualy Pointing at STEAM dedicated servers..
SO
this "tool" addon or what u would call it. does Not work on newest Steam MW3 Dedicated Server.

But
as u say. it works on the "newest"
that is more the Newest IW MW3 server so yes then if u meant so..
and not to MW3 Dedicated Server

If you're sure you placed the configurator in the right location, just click create > and choose your config file
else, make sure it is in your server root
