Hello,

- cg_drawfps doesn't work
- lagometer doesn't work
- g_playerCollisionEjectSpeed is a server command
- sv_clientsidebullets is a server command
- r_drawSun doesn't seem to work
- r_drawWater doesn't seem to work
- Do NOT use seta

The file is called sv_config.ini not sv_server.ini, it is located in the folder \addon. I just tested it and it works.

In \addon folder there is a sv_config.ini. You need to add this part to it
