FFUtil
This is a simple command-line FF Packer/Unpacker for Call of Duty: Black Ops.

Usage:
To pack
Code:
FFUtil -pack MyBinaryData.unpacked MyNewFFFile.ff

To unpack
Code:
FFUtil -unpack MyFFFile.ff MyNewBinaryData.ff

Known bugs:
When packing a file the compression is higher. The game will still be able to load these files but it takes a bit longer.
