Kind of HELP section for all sub-forums

I had this idea for a long time, PM'ed @SuperNovaAO few times but he is Mr.PokerFace so I just want to make a little announcement.

I am going to open a topic in Tech Support -> PC Problems so as everyone who has ANY question (plugins, mods, cheats, servers, mw3, blops, mw2, bf3, etc, etc) can post it there and wait for the answer. I will also monitore shout box while I will be online.

So if you want some help and can't find a right place to ask for you can go Tech Support -> PC Problems to TEQ Help thread and ask something you want to know/to get help on. Mostly I will try to answer myself but it will be much appreciated if you @ItsModders will sometimes visit this thread and see if someone new needs help (in case im offline etc).

EDIT: It's not like users are actually go to that thread, they'll just create a topic in the forum that fits their subject.
That's the whole use of a forum
