Help No infected when infected leaves

Hi all
When infected leaves my server I have a noreonnect
Plugin but server doesn't select new infected what happens
Is then there is no infected until admin restarts server
Is there a plugin to choose infected because its highjump
Only 3 admins and then every one leaves my server

Odd it used to do this before the update a while ago, but it should now auto countdown to pick another infected.

This is with the current steam version.

Before the update I used to use this.
